2016 Deadlines for Exhibitors and Vendors:
January 4       Application is made available
March 1          Returning Vendor Confirmation Deadline
March 18        Last day to submit FOOD VENDOR applications*
April 29           Last day to submit payment by check (credit card payments still accepted) 
May 27            Last day to submit EXHIBITOR applications*
May 20            Certificate of Insurance for accepted EXHIBITORS due
                        Certificate of Insurance for accepted FOOD VENDORS due
May 23            Confirmation Packets sent out (via email) to all participants
June 9             Load-In Begins for EXHIBITORS and FOOD VENDORS
June 10           12:00pm-2:00pm -- Sneak Peak for FOOD VENDORS
                        6:00pm -- GATES OPEN
June 12           7:00pm -- GATES CLOSE 
                        7:30pm -- Load-out Begins

*or until all spaces are filled.
